I have to beg capitec for my own noney

Since i logged my query 5 days ago i only received one phone call from capitec complaints manager and that was because i logged complaint on this site i was promised by him to have my funds refunded within 24 hours and its way pass that time frame their consultants by the name of jamie and heidi also promised to get back to me but still i am waiting no joy i feel disgusted becsuse i am begging them for my own money money they were not supposed to take from a client who is under debt review a whole R1157 they took out of my account and now i must beg for money that belongs to me.
