I have ordered a Capitec business card

I have ordered a Capitec business card. I chose the time of delivery between 16:00-18:00, unfortunately I was told they cannot deliver after hours or on weekends and I cannot opt for branch collection. They came at 16:00 and my wife produced her ID to collect, unfortunately they did not accept it and needed her to hand over to them a printed copy of an ID.(in this day and age) So I asked them to come from 17:30 on weekdays or weekends anytime or deliver to the nearest branch but they are saying all my requests are impossible. I told them I cannot receive my business card at my workplace as it will be a conflict of interest. I'm still waiting for them to come up with a way forward that accommodate me as a client not only their interest.
