I have deposited money to a card number instead of an account number on the 6th of September 2024

I have deposited money to a card number instead of an account number on the 6th of September 2024. I called capitec and they gave me a reference number : *** but to this day I have not received any refund or a mere feedback. I am really disappointed in them..at my nearest branch they said they can't help me 😅 what a joke.
