I have complained and sent emails about my insurance that they have lapsed while I had a message in my insurance bracket on there app stating my policys will lapse 29 May, I am receiving emails from different officials don't know who I am that is *********** I have not slept since the passing of my aunt that passed on Sunday and need this matter resolved.
