I have been handed over to MBD by Capitec bank, during covid
I have been handed over to MBD by Capitec bank, during covid. I noticed that every month a sum of between R90-R80 is charged for purchases on my creditcard account which I cannot use and dont use due to being handed over. How can they be so insensitive adding an intrest for not using the card. The agent at the callcentre informed me when I inquired about it.
