I have been banking with Capitec for more than 5 years now

I have been banking with Capitec for more than 5 years now. Never have I imagined myself being involved in such ****. I would hear and read reviews but I thought it was false information. On the 29th June 2024 Capitec ****med me money I then visited the bank the following day. I didn't even get any assistance from the tellers. I then reported my case to the ***** department they also told me they won't be able to assist me. I literally lost all my savings to Capitec bank. I'm very disappointed because I expected better from them. Till date there hasn't been any progress regarding my complaint. Please assist me because I have tried everything now and Capitec bank has been useless in helping me with my situation actually it seems as if they won't even bother assisting me. Please assist me
