I have a problem with capitec bank they dont want to pay my funeral claim of my late brother

Good day hope you are doing well My name is Esona Hlohloza I writing this review because i have a problem with capitec bank, they don't want to pay my funeral claim of my late brother, i made a claim last year September 2024 till today no response.. They always telling me that they want inquest report of which the person who busy with this case Mr Gcina he said he dont have a inquest report capitec is playing with me so now i dont know what to do because now its another year please help Hello Peter 🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭
