I have a funeral policy with Capitec Bank they fail to give me a policy contract it's only my contract which unable to print. The branch even phoned the Head Office if Head office failed the client means this people are very useless. I am busy seeking a legal advice to get back my refund from the policy start date I wonder how many people failed by Capitec Bank.
