I have a business account with capitec

I have a business account with capitec. This morning I was transferring payment from my business account to my personal account. But now the money is out in my business account but didn't go into my personal account. I feel like Capitec business they are ***********. I always experience such with them. I feel frustrated and disappointed when I do get assistance from them.
