I hate this bank the worst bank ever.... Capitec

If I could give them 0 stars I would this is the worst bank ever I went to their page on facebook the varified one with the blue tick ✅ on top I stated my case then capitec Customers Service rep**** I filled in the form but then I realized the form askes for a pin immediately after filling the form I called the ***** department they managed to freez my account and the FNB account which my money was transferred to I've send them the case number and affidavit but still no response or update from them... Mind you I've been with this bank for over 8 years and this is the first time I've ever had a problem with them I've been very loyal to them for years now trusted them with every cent of mine but this is how they repay me by ignoring and closing my case without even working on it.... Those frausters took my money and no one seems to care... I honestly hate capitec and trust me if they continue like this they'll definitely lose me and whole lot of us
