I hate capitec Bank with poor service

They never assisted me they insist that is my minor child fault I spoke to Emy from complaint department Why do they have complaint department if they can't solve our mistakes. Is not the first time my money sent to wrong person amd never go it back until today. Again is happening with my child no help.why should I go to court for someone I don't know. Capitec is very poor on helping their client. I want that money back.
