I hate capitec bank. Devil's

I am honestly disgusted and full of regret I wish to never ever bank with capitec ever ever again. I am so lost I could cry. So I took a loan out with them before I had kids and so I couldn't afford the high installments anymore so they handed me over to KGB Attorneys. There the lady called me and asked me what I could afford to pay at the time I was about u give birth. She then amended monthly installments for me. Today I got a call from them and wanted to know what the balance is on the account I was told it is over R200 000 keep in mind my loan at capitec was under R100 000. I was told that the interest will stay as normal even though I pay every month I must go talk to capitec and they won't help me either so what the hell of I pay it builds so much interest if I don't pay the interest is still there so what am I expected to do. I need help because I want to take them to court someone please help me. I am drowning I don't have such an experience with nedbank
