I hate Capitec

I had done a money voucher on the CAPITEC APP. It went thru and i sent the details to the person i was sending money to. When the person got to checkers they told that it was offline and that he should come back later. Few days later he went again and was told again that they are offline.

Now when you send money via the app to Checkers/Shoprite they state that if the money is not collected by a certain date they would then put the money back in your account. Well that did not happen to me. 2 weeks later i am still waiting for my money. The money not in my account nor is it available to redeem. I called into CAPITEC CALL CENTRE and they told me that it would take 7 business days to resolve this matter. 7 Days later i am still waiting.. I called again after 7 days later and i am told that the case is still open and that they would send it away AGAIN to be resolved. They old me that i can go and check to see if the voucher was redeemable!!!! Within this 7 days i received no feedback on anything from anyone. I made told me a big deal about it when i called for the 2nd time. I asked to speak to someone higher and they told me that person was busy and that they would call me back.. 2 hours later still no response from them. I called back and they put me thru to someone higher and he told me that the matter has been resolved!!!

I received no feedback from this issue. If i did not phone i wouldn't have know that it was resolved! No one got back to me at all!
