I had I debit order ...

I had I debit order go of my account yesterday morning from company called vigor I spoke too the bank not having a clue who or what this company is and they give me the number of the company and I phoned this company and spoke too the director of the company and she had no clue why my account was debited with her company name so I told the bank the company know nothing about the debit so for any debit order I must give authorization for any debit order too go through what I did not do so how the someone debit my account without me giving authorization??? The bank can't answer me and this is very concerning money just get taking from my account I need capitec too tell me how this happend I don't feel my money is safe at capitec bank at all
