I had bad experience from capitec bank

I took out a loan of 90 000 from capitec bank and the loan was approved and it stayed only five days and four nights. From there the money disappeared from my account as soon as I noticed I went to the bank the same day, and I was told to open a case so I did all the requirements and went back to them so that they can trace the money before it is too late . The next day I received a call saying that the money was transferred to an unknown account so the account was from another bank (standard bank) so they are waiting for them to release the approval for investigation , ever since then they never contacted me or explained how is the investigation going they just called after 14 days saying they have tried everything they could but the money was untraceable

All those days I always checked on how are things going regarding my case but there was no response.

When I got the loan I kept it because I was occupied with work so I couldn't use any money from it so all of it just disappeared.

And I am still paying for that loan
