I had an unauthorised transaction that took place this money of R554,14 and I called, an agent by the name Sifiso hanged up my call and I went to WhatsApp and an agent by Dimakatso wasn’t willing to help nor listen to my complaint
I had an unauthorised transaction that took place this money of R554,14 and I called, an agent by the name Sifiso hanged up my call and I went to WhatsApp and an agent by Dimakatso wasn’t willing to help nor listen to my complaint. She was telling me about the system yet I tell her what happened. I am not happy as it seemed like both those agents don’t know their job, I want that money reversed
