I had a loan with Capitec bank which deducted money on 24 March 2025 at pass 1h00am while I never been paid at work, I was at Zimbabwe border at around 4h00am, funds on my bank account was taken by Capitec. I had to wait at border till office time. By 8h00am I call Capitec agent and ask for refund funds debited earlier as I'm at the border to use it for my personal needs at border. They check and see, I wasn't paid and agreed to reverse it. The amount was R2028.53 however they mistaken paid R202 853.00. Within no time, sms of correct amount of R2028.53 added paid to my account. When I went to ATM to withdraw R2000, it wasn't available money frozen. I Called them again and again to fix till. salary paid on 24/03/2025 at around 5h50pm. I couldn't use it as it was frozen too. Back to RAS to branch I couldn't get help my bills at arrears
