i had a loan to capitec and i paid off in september but my ITC report still not updated

<p>i had a loan to capitec and i paid off in september but my ITC report still not updated, i have been communicating with capitec since on 02 november instead of solving a proble on the account in question they will send arequest for wrong account which is uptodate already. therefore my contact with capitec is fruitless.</p>
