I got ****med by this so called Capitec Bank

I had a bad experience with Capitec and lost my money , I deposited money to my Son s account on 26 th this month, the transaction was successful nd I also confirmed my Son s details. however there was no sleep after the transaction, I went to them today , they did investigations today "they said money reversed back to me which it was not reversed I ask them how cause the transaction was successful, now they called me and tell me that I won't have my money back , I ask them how do they tell me that I lost my money just like that " I ask them about the cameras cause cameras will prove that I did not get any reversed money they said if it was reversed after I leave nd taken by non Capitec client still I won't receive it , the fault was they arm I deposited R600 to my Son I even show them my Son s bank statement nd also the money was not reversed , I provide their investigation ref no on the reference
