I don’t recommend it to any one else

This is my second review about the bank ,I once made a review of a loan that was process by one of capitec bank , and a huge monthly deduction of that loan, poor service that I received from Standerton branch by a consultant named Happy And still my issue hasn’t been resolved . Does Capitec mean that they are more concerned of money that we as people bring into their business rather than assisting people with their financial challenges that are caused by them?
