I dont know who to complain about first. Capiec or standard bank...

I took out some loans with Capitec last year and until about 4 weeks ago they would go off when I got paid my salary on Friday morning. Now they come off at midnight, then standard bank comes and charges me "honoring fees" because they let payments come off before there is money in the account... and when calling Capitec to change the day the loans come off they tell me that they can't because my payslips say i am paid on Fridays... so I am just in a constant loop of being in negative standing with the bank at least once a week and being charged 30% of what I was supposed to pay in loans extra as honoring fees...

Banks, be better
