I can’t trust Capitec with any card payments

I’m so mad because Capitec blames Zara but I know well it’s their fault. I don't know why capitec is not safe, R1558 has be deducted from my account to zara without any authorization, can capitec return back my money asap. I did an online purchase of the 4th of July and R1558 was deducted from my account , i need to know why its deducted twice (on the the 11th of July). I’ve tried going to the bank to resolve it but still I’ve received no help. I’m tired of this back and forth. I just want my account to be fixed.
