I can't reverse a debit order

I am not OK! Capitec I'm starting you more like a pyramid scheme. Why would you allow people to debit money from our accounts without me authorising it. I phoned you on Friday regarding the reversal of a debit order and you said you've made your other debits (debit checks) to be unreversable... I trusted you with my money. I never approved that debit order now I'm going up and down without getting Helped. I need my money back. You said I must phone the company that took my money but I've tried and I'm not getting my money...
