i cant pay my multiloan

I have a capitec multi loan which i used in december i am now owing capitec.When i returned to work this january i found that my contract has not been renewed so i dont have a job anymore, i am a student this year i will only be getting 1000 stipend monthly. I went to a capitec branch,nelspruit plaza to report this and make an arrangement since i need the 1000 to survive, i went to ask if i can pay atleast 300 every month until i finish paying they said no!i cant make an arrangement on a multiloan capitec will deduct the whole 1000...how am i going to survive then?i cant have the whole 1000 deducted i need to buy a bus ticket i need to eat.i need to make an arrangement.
