I cant get access to my money

Hi capitec still heavent solve my issue while they promised that ill will be solved,till today my savings are still blocked and they heavent return my money.now im tired of capitec may they give me my money back and block my card i dont want their services anymore all i want is my money back then ill switch to another bank please help me get my money back and i will leave this capitec bank
