I Can't buy electricity from the app and no one from capitec knows how to help!

It's been MONTHS and I can not buy electricity from the Capitec app. I always bought electricity from the app now I can't. I've been to capitec and I phoned customer care but it does not help.. It seems like they don't know what is going on either.. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!
