I can't believe that Capitec has no option for their electro vouchers, because so many people buy the electro voucher by mistake , me included , and I don't think it's fair we should look for people to buy it, we then bought from their app, yet we can't do nothing with the vouchers , so many money lost , because why even put it on eastern Cape bank Apps when we location based ? On the app, I think it's unfair , and *******, and why can't they exchange it or make it right somehow ?? So many people stuck with Capitec electro vouchers . It's sad really , I don't think we deserve that as consumers and as customers. Very very upset to sit with R50 electro voucher 💔
