I am writing this review very frustrated and appalled by the service I received from Capitec

I am writing this review very frustrated and appalled by the service I received from Capitec. I forgot my bank card at home and I needed cash so I made myself a cash send and when I tried to redeem it the ATM said there were no notes. I then went to another ATM at a branch and the receipt I received is that the voucher cannot be redeemed, I went into the branch and a case was escalated for me and now they are telling me they did their investigation and the money was collected and that I might have sent it to someone. Capitec is just the worse and after getting paid this month me and my sister are closing these accounts and switch to another bank because why should I trust them with my salary after I didn't receive my money and no one is assisting and the agents are just as useless
