I am writing on behalf of Mzamo Ngcobo regarding the *****ulent that took place on my account in April. I went to Tembisa Police Station to open a case (CAS 40/4/2025) I even went to Capitec branch and they said they're investigating and I haven't received any response from them since the day I visited the branch.
