I am still angry at Capitec and useless staff

I am Odwa Magopeni, my cell phone no is ***, i was ***** in an ATM on the 31/07/2019. they took all of my wages, i went to open a case and report the matter to capitec Branch, capitec didn't even resolve the matter, now i am thinking of changing to Another bank but i really love Capitec but they fail me, my incident no is #***4 Bare in mind that month i didn't Rent, Buy Grocery, pay School fees for my child,chased away buy my landlord, . I was not satisfied with the way Capitec handling my case, just even now i am Too much Angry at Capitec, and i am willing to spread the news to all South Africans, ANC,DA, EFF and all political parties how bad it is Capitec. Evern on facebook. until i receive my money. still crying even now. my Id No ***, Acc no ***. I don't want to do bad thing ever, otherwise Capitec will lose clients.

The only thing I want is my money. Please Mr CEO help me, i trust you. will wait for you response.
