I am so disapointed
I didnt get help when i called and even visited the branch about my money being taken by stranger on my account R9500. The branch manager and the teller just told me that it is my loss (SORRY). Even if i told the lady on phone call that i dont know the person but they didnt help. The money was for food as mom said they dont have food and to pay for registration worse today it was closing day. But capitec never help me!!!!
