I am currently busy with home renovations, and urgently needed to buy bathroom tiles etc. CTM has a no account policy, whereby you can only get credit with the company, if you work through Capitec Bank, of whom I am currently not a client. The first time I visited Capitec @ the Paarl Mall, I was assisted by an extremely professional and friendly lady named Lizaanne Fortuin. She has really gone out of her way to assist me. I was actually so impressed by her work, that I considered moving all financial products over to them. My main goal was to open a loan account to buy the needed products for the renovation at CTM. I am wheelchair bound and find it extremely difficult to visit malls at the moment. Two weeks later, and I haven't heard anything back from Capitec! I seriously doubt that I can entrust my financial products with you.
