I am closing my account and opening up a case of theft against capitec bank

It's been 2 weeks since CAPICE BANK STOLE MONEY FR MY ACCOUNT. I went to one of the branches and the person who assisted me said to me that the fault was on capitecs side and he assured me that someone would call me in the next 7days and reimburse me for the money that was ****** from my account.

This is not the first time that CAPITEC BANK has ****** money from my account. Capitec bank has been pulling this same stunt with me for.the past 3 years. They are purposefully *****ing money from people. No other bank in SA is doing what you are doing. I know this because I bank with NEDBANK AND Fnb I've never had this problem. There was one time where CAPITEC BANK almost stole R10 000 out of my account. If I did not caught them they would have gotten away with it!.

But enough is enough. You told me 7 days I gave you 2 weeks. Today I will be opening up a case of theft at the SOUTH AFRICAN POLICE SERVICE against capitec bank.

Oh and just so you know. I do have evidence to prove that the money was ****** from my account. Plus I have a record of the assistant in the bank telling me that the fault was on CAPITECS SIDE.

I will also be writing to the Ombudsman for Banking Services so that they place you under a thorough investigation. And I will present my case to them from the last 3 years. I warned you the last time you did this that if I catch you trying to ***** money from me again that I'll take action against you.

Honestly. It's dissapointing for a bank that can't do truth , clean and honest business. WHOEVER IS MANAGING THIS BANK, PLEASE LEARN PROPER BUSINESS ETHICS.
