I am been Garnished twice for the same account

Ref nr: XC14607 I was garnished by capitec attorney A VAN DER WALT Incoporated in 2012 for the amount of R9788,59, I settled acc in 2014 april. A VAN DER WALT has garnished me again this month, I went to capitec in ranburg mall, I was told the acc is nolonger with them, I must call the attorneys, I called the attorneys an agent answered she firstly said she cannot see the previous acc, then said its the same acc, this are the legal fees, how can the legal fees be the same as the amount a settled, she couldnt answer, she then said she transfer the call to balance enqueries then dropped the call, after two days I rhen received message stating that I must call them to make arrangements, how can I be garnished, my employer needs proof that the Cc was settled from and that they must stop the garnish, the garnish is already in place for the 1st I need to resolve this matter before the 1st
