I also need my money ??pay it back asap

I have a funeral policy with capitec. This is my 3time having problems with them. They go and deduct 2 premium payment and its almost 2day that I am waiting for my money . That was money for my other debit orders that need to deduct. Please pay back my money asap. It's not that I own u guys that money I also need it. Capitec is cheap but dnt do that to ur clients.
