I recieved a call on the 4th of August 2016 at 16:40 from someone who had claimed to be calling from Vodacom saying that someone was trying to do a sim swap with my number and if I agree and I said and she said that is all she needs since she works for Vodacom she has all my information and that was the end of our conversation.

The next morning I find that my phone is not working and I assumed that Vodacom accidently blocked my phone instead of the other one that the agent claimed was trying to RICA with my details.

I called Vodacom to enquire why my phone was bloacked and my phone was finally working.

On Sunday the 7th of August my daughter's father called to confirm that I had reieved he money he sent to my acount. i hadn't recieved any notifications via SMS as I usually do so I using my cellphone banking I checked and found that I couldnt access my cellphone banking. On the 10th of August I go to the bank and I checked my balance and there was no money in my account. According to the teller the money had been moved from Dlodo Saving Account to a Savings Account and then to completely different account that belongs to someone else which my bank refuses to find out who the account belongs to.

The bank claims they can only pay me back a R1000 only. They say they can see airtime to the value of R1****eing bought from this unknown account which I didn't understand as to why they couldn't block this card if they could see what transaction occuring on the account. They claimed they thought I was making the transactions. As a bank they refuse to enquire and investigate further about this account.

The account numbers they moved my money to is ********** 504 and ********** 724

The transactions equate to R21 660.00
