Hustle to close the additional accounts
I have been trying to get assistance on closing my 3 other savings accounts but I'm being told to go to the branch as the call center doesn't have the option to action that. With COVID-19 happening, come on you can do better and there is no way I'm going to the branch. I need someone to just delete 3 accounts and keep one extra that's it. No rocket science, mindset should have shifted by now guys.
