Humiliated and embarrassed client

Just an awful as well an attitude and what an humiliating experience we had today, myself and my wife, ***0 at Capitec Branch at Signit Terrace Le****a. On arrival we stood together on the yellow marks on the pavement in front of Wimpy, of which the owner I personally know well. I entered the Wimpy and asked " is the owner in?" After greeting, the cashier answered no Mr.... is still at home ill. I thanked the cashier and left. As i approached my wife the security staff member, a lady, approached us and said "you must not stand together u know u must comply all i said "but we were in the car together from Vaal and now its a problem" At the same time a young girl and her mum were together two customers away from us and a group of people including the male security wEre joking at the ATM"S,

We asked but why, other are standing together look over there, the lady insisted and became rude and changed into her own language and spoke to the other people around.

She carried on for 5-10 min insulting us using the language, the insults came with a aggressive approach as well as foul language that even a lady behind us said she is swearing at you. I left it.

The humiliation and embarrassment was to much, we left after we drew cash and after we left sh still carried on by pointing fingers at us.

We left.

I would like Capitec Management to take a corrective stand against this individual,.

We will go back in time and if she is still there I will assure you that this will become viral.

We all have rights and we need to comply to covid19 regulations, but there is a way to approach and allow all or disallow all, not some is allowed others not.

Just in closure my wife is Indian and I am "white"

Is this Capitec approach, discriminate by allowing such staff to be in your employ, though its a security company but you employed them.

I will await a resolution and action.
