Humiliated and Disgusted
I'm not sure if my review was received earlier, however, I was never been so humiliated in my entire life, Capitec Eldorado park Branch where there manager threatened to press the panic button on me for raising my voice, Kirsten Kelly the branch manager of Eldorado park felt it was necessary

15 Sept 2022, 11:38The frustration of driving my 61year old mother for the past 4 days without any proper assistance, having to come back in the early morning without any proper feedback, who wouldn't be angry and frustrated, upon venting I was told she is pressing the security panic button on me, I would like to see the footage of the incident and feel it's not necessary to do business with Capitec in the near future
