Human Resources Shocking Treatment of Staff

We are industrial psychologists assessing a previous staff member for a claim against the RAF. The accident occurred whilst still in their employment. We submitted the letter of Consent to Capitec to complete an employer review and was summarily dismissed by the Human Resources Department as not complying with the POPIA Act, Ms Ayesha Ahmed.

What this tells us is that Capitec has absolute disregard for the POPIA act as they clearly do not understand this and total disregard for their employees.

Our repeated requests have been ignored, and the blatant refusal to help and assist someone who used to be a staff member is shocking and beyond unprofessional. Especially when that person is now clearly disabled. If it is a reflection on their Human Resources Department and how they treat their staff, it's deplorable. How can this then be a good place to work for?
