HR not communicating properly

I have left Capitec Bank in June (Dismissal) which was a mutual agreement. The problem that I have is the HR is not doing or giving feedback as they should. I have been emailing them back and forth to assist with documentations for UIF and submission of Provident Fund so that I can have everything sorted as soon as possible. They have been sending emails back that does not make sense at all. I have been in contact with AlexForbes and the UIF department, and it feels like I am getting no where.

I can't be going back and forth with Capitec the whole time just because they are not doing what they are suppose to be doing. They informed me that the documents will be submitted withing the first two weeks after my last salary date. Fine, waited. No documents have been submitted to AlexForbes after two weeks. I came in contact with Capitec's HR and they wanted me to redo the forms again. I informed them I have already filled and submitted the documents the DAY I left the company (23rd June 2025, which they confirmed they have submitted the termination request as theu fot the termination request documents and the AlexForbes documents were attached to the termination and sent via email by the branch where I was working at the time). They sent me an email stating documents have been uploaded. I contact AlexForbes again and they said they haven't received the forms. I came in contact with HR again, now they are telling me that the documents are sent to payroll the first two weeks after termination and then it takes 6-8 weeks for it to be submitted to AlexForbes !!!

Something does not make sense or I am reading these emails wrong, because I have been going back and forth reading the emails to make sure I am not losing it.

My last salary was June 2025, as I have not received a salary for July 2025, which means my documents should have been submitted early July, which it has not. Now I have to wait 6-8 weeks for them to submit the documents when it feels right to them? No . . . I am tired and annoyed. I can't go back and forth.... I tried calling them as well but no such luck. Yes, there was a breach in the disciplinary code, but this is how it goes? I want the AlexForbes to be sorted at the end of this week, because I can't wait 2-3 days for a response from HR. I want this sorted as soon as possible. I am not thay worried about the money, it's the lack of communication and knowledge about how these things are working because there are different explanations given. Even the UIF department is saying that the letter that was provided is not correct, so I do not know what tk do anymore.

I do not want Capitev to come in contact with me anymore because I do not know what to believe. I just want feedback stating that the documents have been submitted successfully and that I will receive my AlexForbes ref number.
