HR NIGHTMARE when exiting Capitec Bank
I exited Capitec Bank on the 26 August 2024 and yesterday (15 October 2024) I went to the Alexander Forbes offices just to find out that my resignation forms were never submitted. Alexander Forbes asked me for a reference number from the bank which I never received. I was informed by Capitec that there’s no other way to reach out the company except by email (which I’ve sent multiple) with no reply.
I’m highly frustrated because I need to make financial decisions and finding out that it was never submitted was the cherry on top.
Please reach out to me because the day I submitted there were no issues or errors and now I’m encountering a lot of problems.
