How much proof of residence do you need

I have visited capitec bank twice being turned back each time due to proof of residence. We currently living in an Eco friendly environment and they still demand a printed proof of residence. I had to provide three <br> different proof of residence as they did not <br> accept a bill printed at one of the stores that services. And they instructed me to print another one from my email which does not show my residence proof. For a bank that claims to be efficient they surely give you a run around to open an account. The bill from a service provider was more than satisfactory. A staff member instructed me to change the date on an official document as the system doesn't have a recent date. That is ******* and **********. Capitec should reconsider their marketing strategy as its all a lie
