How much did my ******s leave behind

On 8 June 2024 I had a house break in, was ****** at gun point with my kids, the ******s transfered R32000 which was all the money I had to my name. Neighbors came and assisted with their phones. I called capitec and the agent blocked all a counts that had transacted from my app on the 7th and 8th, the agent said that they had withdrawn all the funds that they transfered. Now I need to know how much money is left in the ******s accounts si that I know how to plan my life since I am unemployed. No one at capitec can gi e me this information since this is a ***** case.

I am the victim here, I am the one who requested for these accounts to be blocked, someone should be able to tell me how much money is left in the ******s accounts and when will that money be reversed back to my account. I am a single parent with 3 kids I need whatever was saved to be reversed back to me.
