How does this work.

<p>Durin the month of May I app**** for a loan on Capitec's website and I got a response 2 days later that I qualify for R132 000.00.Then I went to the branch and only took R6000.00 which was what I needed and even the consultants confirmed thatI qualified for more money.Now in July I went back to the back with an even improved payslip to ask for R65 000 for my small business, only to be declined.Now what happaned to the R132 000 that I qualified for 2 months ago, I regularly paid the installments for R6000.00 loan and not in arrears.My financial position has not changed in the last 2 months.Consultant at the branch could not explain to me what happaned since they don't have records of that application and qualified amount anymore.If I was turned down initially, I would have accepted it and moved on.</p>
