How does a client get service????????
Paying clients deserve a response!!!!! I have been to the Capitec Fourways branch in May then I called the call center and they couldn't help me get a copy of my loan agreement. Then I filed a Hello Peter complaint and Abigail van Wayngart continues to ignore me ALL because I am trying to reinstate my debit order and discuss my loan. What does a Capitec client have to do to get service at Capitec?????
