How do we get Capitec Business to assist us
I need help with my bond that I have through Mercantile Bank, with Capitec. I cannot sign in to my business banking profile. I also need help to changed my husband's life cover. His life cover is seeded to Mercantile. His made some health changes in his life and now qualifies to drop his monthly premium. Liberty cannot drop the premiums because Mercantile needs to give the necessary authorization. Who can help us with this.
We've emailed Manuela for weeks and we're not getting any responses.
