HOW CAPITEC MAKES A FOOL OUT OF ME

I app**** for a loan intending to settle the current loan as it is almost paid up. Although the instalment is almost the same, I now don't qualify, because of some stupid theory about my payslip. I was given a company car, and my car allowance was changed to a housing allowance. Now I am told to come back in three months when the payslips are the same or something stupid like that. Really? Tell me I a bad payer or something like that, but not this bull. Please!!
