HORRRIBLE AND DEMEANING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

At eight in the morning on August 8, 2024, I made a deposit at the Cornubia ATM. After I inserted R1000 into the cash slot, the ATM ran an error and only gave me R100 back. I call the contact center right away, they issued me with incident *** and they assured me that the money would be in my account or the person I was depositing for within the next 24 to 48 hours. Four months have passed, and we still haven't received the money. Nobody calls, and each time I follow up, I'm informed that it's still in progress and that I will hear back from them in 48 hours. I have spoken to Ashwin, Jade P, Shannon, Tsego Panache, Lufuno, Luxolo, Lance, Asanda, Sfiso, Adivhaho, Emelda, Naledi, Sinothando, Thando, Pumeza, and today Cwenga and have been given the same story. As a customer, this is incredibly pitiful and demeaning. CAN I JUST GET MY MONEY BACK.....
