Horror that is CAPITEC BANK,

After taking a loan to assist my husband, early this year I finally manage to finish what seemed like a never ending debt, then on the 9th of April 2018 I was issued with a paid up letter by Capitec.

To my horror 2 weeks ago a receive a call from a firm representing capitec telling me I owe the bank over 3k, 2hich I issued them 2ith the letter but I continue to receive messages about making payment and now my credit score has been affected by this.

Ive remained calm regarding this issue as I know I finished paying the bank and I even have a paid up letter unless you want to feed me a theory why I find myself sitting with such a problem.

I'm seriously considering putting lawyers on this now that you have touched my credit rating which will clearly affect me moving forward
